By now, you’ve probably seen the ad for the latest luxury apartment in the Bay Area.
The Times has posted several ads featuring a “luxury condominium,” including one from the city of San Francisco, another in Oakland, another on Long Island, and another in New York.
All have a luxury theme, including the fact that they feature amenities like granite countertops, high-end finishes, and even a “secret” bathroom.
Some apartments have been redesigned for the next big condo boom, while others, like this one in Los Angeles, look like they’ve been taken out of a sci-fi novel.
(Photo: Times archive)While it’s not unusual for a major city to advertise new luxury apartment buildings, it’s a new and unique way for the Times to capitalize on the real estate market, which has grown exponentially in recent years.
This year, the paper reported that luxury apartment sales rose 15.3% over last year, and its average rental price increased 6.3%.
The Times recently announced plans to build an apartment building on the site of its former Times Square office, which will house some of its biggest-selling writers, including James Patterson and John Cassidy.
The building will be called the Newsroom, and it will feature 350 apartments, with the average price climbing to $1.3 million.
But as with most other properties in the Times building, there’s a catch.
There are strict guidelines that developers must adhere to when it comes to residential units in the building.
A few are more restrictive than others.
For example, you can’t include bathrooms in your residential unit, but you can include a balcony, pool, or private patio.
Additionally, if you don’t have a building permit for your residential units, the building will have to meet a certain number of condo units, and the building must be within 500 feet of the Times Square subway station.
(For the record, there are a few more rules for building permits in the city, and many of these are even stricter than the Times’ regulations.)
What makes this all so interesting is that the Times Building in Times Square, New York, is one of the only remaining properties in Manhattan that doesn’t require any kind of building permit.
This means that even if a developer does want to build a residential building, it can’t just simply pull the building out of Times Square and relocate it.
Instead, the Times has to sign off on the plan and meet specific benchmarks before it can move forward.
The current rules, however, are stricter than those of most of the other major cities in the US.
For example, developers can only build residential units within 300 feet of TimesSquare subway station and in areas with at least one subway station within 300 yards of the building (that is, no more than 50 yards away).
There is also a limit of 25% of the units to be located within 300 to 500 feet from a train station or train depot.
If the Times does not get approval for a building, the developer must also get a building plan from the building owner.
The company must also pay a fee of $1,000 per unit.
Additionally the building’s developers must maintain a building-specific “living and working conditions” plan.
It also has to meet specific “social impact” guidelines, which are intended to include ways to address housing affordability issues like poverty and homelessness.
While this isn’t a complete list of building regulations, it does include a number of important ones.
For instance, a building must not include more than one storey on the first floor, and must be designed to allow for a minimum of 10 people per floor.
There must be a separate entrance and exit from the street to ensure safety, and there must be no public parking on the third floor.
The city also requires that the building is accessible to pedestrians, which is typically done with two separate elevators that have an accessible door.
And it’s important to note that these building standards aren’t necessarily enforced in every building.
The developer can appeal any building rule that doesn´t meet a building’s requirements.
While some of these building regulations have come and gone, others remain.
The rules surrounding the building permits that developers have to follow are also changing.
For the last five years, developers have been able to apply for a permit to build in the New York City borough of Brooklyn, where many of the luxury apartments are located.

The Times Building is currently in development in San Francisco.
While it may not be the first luxury apartment building to come to fruition in California, it is the first one to be approved by the city.
