When the weather warms, so do the demands of modern homes.
That’s because of climate change, and we need more housing.
We can get there faster by building more houses.
That could mean more homes built in South Florida, where demand is rising for homes with larger yards.
It could mean fewer housing units in Jacksonville, where there are more demand for housing with smaller yards.
But the biggest impact will be in Florida, and that is where we see the most housing growth.
The growth in Florida has been so rapid that it is now the fourth largest state in the US, and the third largest in the world.
As of October 2020, the state had a population of 8.3 million people.
And that’s just Florida.
California, New York, Texas and the entire United Kingdom are next in line, with an estimated population of around 7.5 million people in 2020.
And these are all places where demand for homes is growing.
“We’re seeing massive growth across the country,” says David Smith, director of the Florida Department of Housing and Community Development.
“The housing demand is just so high.”
And we’re seeing the same trend in South America.
In the past decade, demand for apartments in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Uruguay has shot up by nearly 80%.
In Colombia, for example, demand is up by more than 80%.
And the demand in South Korea is up more than 90%.
And in Mexico, the demand for apartment buildings is up about 100%.
“Demand in South and Central America is growing in a really spectacular way,” says Dr Smith.
“In South America, there’s this enormous demand for houses with lots of windows and lots of balconies, and lots and lots more bedrooms than are being built.
And the apartments are getting larger.
So we’re actually seeing a dramatic increase in the number of apartments that are being constructed.”
The boom in demand for these apartments has been fuelled by the same factors that are driving demand for new homes in many places around the world: a booming economy, a strong housing market, and a boom in new technology.
And this boom has been taking place in a relatively short space of time.
But with so many of these apartments being built, it is not just the demand from the housing market that has been driving demand.
It is also the demand generated by new technologies that are powering the development of these new homes.
In some cases, they are building on the foundations of existing structures that have already been there for generations.
The most famous example of this is the so-called ‘pigeon house’ that was built in the 1970s in the United Kingdom.
It’s a modernist design, with a courtyard, a porch and a large window overlooking the garden.
The design was designed to encourage people to live in the home rather than the garden, and in many cases it did just that.
But it was a little controversial at the time.
Some people said it was an uninspiring place, an expensive, noisy and noisy place.
But many people, including the architects of the project, found that it worked.
The pigeon house is now in the National Trust’s collection in London, and is the subject of a documentary by BBC2 series The Great British Pigeon House.
“Pigeon houses have been built on a lot of old Victorian architecture in the past,” says Smith.
It was the way that the houses were built, the way they were built that gave them the character of a pigeon house.
“There are a lot more pigeon houses than you would expect, and there are pigeon houses in the UK that are really big,” he says.
“But it is also quite unusual for these types of houses to be designed for people who are not very well off, people who don’t have a lot in common with the people in the pigeon house.”
The pigeons are not just making money for developers.
Some of the developers who have built pigeon houses have also been able to sell them to the public for profit.
This is something that hasn’t happened with houses in many parts of the US.
“It’s actually really, really hard to find a pigeon,” says Alex Okereke, who was part of a team that designed the pigeon houses at the National Archives in the 1950s and 1960s.
“You really need to look at the whole package, including a lot that is really beautiful, and not just a piece of a house, a pigeon, or a pigeon hole.”
Okerke says the pigeon-shaped homes were not designed to replace existing homes, but to encourage the people who lived there to come and buy.
