A luxury apartment complex is up for sale in Florida

A luxury property in Florida is up in value, with an appraised value of $16.5 million.

The $16 million penthouse apartment complex in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is now for sale, and has already gone for $1.8 million, said Michael Gros, the property’s listing agent.

The penthouse was built in 1996, and was built to house several people.

The property’s owner, a prominent businessman, purchased the property for $15.5,000, Gros said.

The listing agent did not know the exact amount.

The building is located in a residential neighborhood that includes a number of apartment complexes and a strip mall.

The current owners of the complex did not respond to a request for comment on Thursday.

A total of three properties in Tulsa are for sale or are under contract to sell, Gro said.

He did not have any specific numbers, but he said one was valued at $16,000 per square foot and one was listed at $15,000.

The other two properties were valued at between $12,000 and $15 the square foot.

A property in Tulsa has an estimated value of about $16M.

The city’s affordable housing authority did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Gros said the property was purchased by the property owner, who is a major philanthropist.

The billionaire, who lives in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, has been described by the New York Times as one of the world’s richest people.

He was born in Greece and raised in the United States, and he has spent much of his life in New York City.
